Crossflow Cooling Tower

The factory-assembled, crossflow Marley AV Cooling Tower is designed to minimize total costs and maximize cooling tower performance through low-maintenance operation and quick, easy installation. Its single-flow induced draft design can offer energy savings in a small footprint, and is an excellent crossflow cooling tower replacement for some forced draft counterflow cooling tower installations.

The Marley AV offerings include 3 single-height models and 2 double-height models extending the original product tonnage.



Marley MX75 thermoformed PVC film fill with integral eliminators and louvers
Factory-assembled modules, including fan cylinders — makes final field installation hassle-free.
Large access doors — permitting quick visual inspection of cold water basin, internal structure and mechanical equipment.
Single inlet connection for easy and fast installation and lower piping costs.
Heavy duty aluminum alloy fan with adjustable pitch blades.
Specially designed totally enclosed, fan cooled (TEFC) motor, 1.0 service factor, variable torque design, insulated for cooling tower duty.
